Yes. The free plan tracks up to 3 critters with unlimited reminders, plus the full log and species library — no card required. Upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.
Every Monday, Pro keepers get an email summarizing the logs recorded across their collection that week — a count of everything you recorded, broken down by type. Pro also unlocks unlimited critters, full data export, and more species identification scans in the iOS and Android apps.
LizardBox runs on web, iOS and Android, and your collection stays in sync across all of them. Log a feeding on your phone, review trends on your laptop.
Profiles cover everything you need to keep a species well, where we have it. They are written with AI assistance and reviewed — and you can flag anything that looks off.
Set one-time or recurring reminders — daily, weekly, monthly or a custom interval — targeting specific critters or tags. They reach you by push, email or both, and every occurrence is calculated from the start date you set, so a recurring schedule never slides forward.

Yes — Pro starts with a 7-day free trial on web, iOS and Android. Cancel before it ends and you're charged nothing. There's also the Free plan, which needs no card at all: it covers up to 3 critters with unlimited reminders, so you can use LizardBox indefinitely and upgrade only when your collection outgrows it.
Pro is $7.99 billed monthly, or $49.99 billed annually — about $4.17 a month, which saves you 48%. Both unlock exactly the same features; annual simply costs less.
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings — there's no lock-in. Cancel during the free trial and you're never charged; cancel later and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Nothing is ever deleted or locked. You keep every critter you added on Pro, with its full history, and you can carry on logging to all of them. The limit only applies to adding critters — while you're over it, you can't create a new one until you upgrade again.
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until your current billing period ends — so you're never paying for time you won't use.
